Biography

A painter and engraver. After moving to Nizza Monferrato, he studied with Henry Mottez and then in Rome, with Dante Ricci in about 1908. He made his debut as a painter at the Promotrice in Turin (1909). He settled in the city in 1922 and started an intense career of exhibitions. From 1934 until his death he taught Engraving at the Accademia Albertina.
